Heads up!!!

Scammers are everywhere and they are getting creative!

When using Google to find phone numbers to vendors please pay attention and make sure it is in fact the vendor. If anything seems odd, hang up.

The current scam is Cruises. Customers look them up on Google to call about a current reservation. It goes to the scammers who act as the cruise line and they tell you that you owe $450 docking fee. You can pay $450 now or $850 when you board.

There is no docking fee. This is a scam. Please be careful.

Here is some good information about new travel requirements.

Starting tomorrow, ETA registration will be required for those traveling to the UK, and beginning in May, a REAL ID will be required at the airport for people 18 and older.

Day 3: From Orlando to Palm Beach to Port Miami!!

We stopped in Palm Beach to go to the Jones Road Beauty store. I kept seeing this on social media but I hate ordering makeup online. I'm glad we did. We had a very nice lady that helped pick the perfect shades(the online shade picker was spot on) I love what I got. If you are the fence, just do it.

We made it to port. Our board time was 2:30. However, they were having technical issues and we didn't board until around 5 or so. You just gotta give grace and have some patience in these situations. Things do happen. This cruise was for travel agents. So of all times they didn't want this to happen. But there was no control. They got it working and everything went fine after that.

Once on board, it was snack, dinner, drinks and quick show and a PJ party. We also snagged a pick with the VP of sales (the one all my emails come from)

Day 2: This day kicked our a@@ and will probably make Disney lovers cringe 🤣

We got up with the only plan being go to Orlando. There's plenty to do around there. We were about 3.5 hrs away.

We left Georgia around 7am. We drove to Palm Beach to visit the Jones Road Beauty store. I keep seeing it on social media but I want to touch stuff🤣 I'm glad I did. Wonderful customer service. We were in and out quick and got what I wanted.

Back on the road....I kept seeing this place called silver lake where you can do clear kayaks and see manatee. So we stopped by the state park. It was $2 to get in. Cool little spot. The lake is so clear. But we didn't see any manatee. Supposedly they go there for the winter.

We keep heading to Orlando. We stopped by target. Book a room while in their parking lot. Decide to drive around Disney area to see what we can see. (Nothing) last minute we decide to go to Magic Kingdom. (Its 4pm🤣) it rained a bit, we got into a sit down restraunt for a quick meal, and there were little to no lines on anything we wanted to ride. It was perfect! We decided to leave before the fireworks to beat the crowds. We were in and out in 3hrs😂.

We left Magic Kingdom and headed to Disney springs. Walked a ton more and had a nice dinner. After that, we were ready for bed!

You all know I love to road trip. While I do love planning for you, I am not an organized traveler. I have a general idea, do things last min & book hotels when I'm ready to stop. It always works out great. This trip was no different.

Day 1:
We hit the road arounf 7am starting in Indianapolis and headed to Miami.

Through Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, then Georgia. BUT....if you've ever driven through Georgia, you know that we were there all day! I finally gave up when it was dark and raining. Tgis was around 10pm or so. We stopped with about an hour left to get out of Georgia. Booked a hotel when I pulled in their parking lot.

Of course we stopped at the 1st Buccees we seen.

Happy Monday! I will be sharing all of the details about my trip this week. It was a busy one to start and we were worn out by the end of it. It was an great trip!

We are touring all of the different rooms options today on Virgin Voyages. This sea view room is definitely more spacious than I thought it would be.
