When the times right visiting a beaver pond can be a very enjoyable experience, notice here as the beaver passes by when suddenly realizing that I’m there he uses his first form of defence, the tell tale slap on the water with its magnificent tail which sends out an alarm to the other beavers in the area to beware, I’ve slowed the video down considerably so you can observe this unique behaviour, as evening sets in the beaver will continue to patrol the area alarming everyone until the danger has moved on, I hope you enjoy this very shortly video
