Santa Cruz Brewery! We paid a visit here as the last stop of the day. It was such a beautiful spot where we got to learn about the history of the company and try some samples throughout the process!

Importing goods from outside the island is very expensive, especially when it comes to beer and wines. This was the first brewery on the island (there are now 4) which brought a completely new industry to the people of Galapagos.

The beer was delicious- the passion fruit beer was my favourite for sure!!

Galapagos!!!! All I can say is WOW! This place has been on my bucket list for years and it does not disappoint!

We started our day with a 4am wake up call to catch our early morning flight and man was it worth it!

5 minutes after leaving the airport we got our first glimpse of wildlife! Giant iguanas, blue footed bo***es, frigate birds and so much more!

These amazing lava caves were so cool and unexpected! Such an amazing start to our 4 days in this magical place.

Galapagos is highly regulated and protected. Getting to this destination can be very difficult without the right advice and guidance. South American Tours made this so seamless for us.

If this place isn’t on your radar- it absolutely should be!!

The sun came out and we paid a visit to the center of the world- straddling the north and south hemispheres. What a beautiful place with shopping located in the middle of the mountains. Absolutely beautiful!

One of Ecuador’s main industries is the harvesting and production of cacao and chocolate. We had a great stop to learn all about the history and process- and try some samples of course!

Ecuador!!! Started the week off with a rainy morning exploring Quito! With elevation of 2850m above sea level this city is so unique. The architecture and old world charm is absolutely stunning. We learned about the vibrant culture and traditions and we were fortunate to see the inside of one of the gorgeous churches. I wasn’t sure what to expect here but this city is so unique, I absolutely love it!

Back in business- my true love!❤️

Trying out Copa business class today, so far so good with lay flat seats on a relatively short flight (Toronto to Panama).

People always ask how I afford to fly business all the time. The answer is… I don’t!!

Ask me for tips to maximize points and loyalty programs to snag these seats for as little as $60 one way!

Stingray city and shopping at the port! What an amazing day this was!
The stingrays are wild and frequent this sand bar in the middle of the ocean where boats stop and interact with them.
They are such an interesting species and so gentle!
This should be on everyone’s list when coming to Antigua!!

Last but certainly not least!! Hammock Cove! Wow wow wow I am in love!😍
If you’re looking for an adults only escape that can only be classified as pure ultra luxury with attention to every small detail look no further.
This resort features 42 individual bungalows with water views and private plunge pool. Each suite includes a concierge butler and a phone is provided that can even be taken off property while on excursion. Everything you desire is one phone call away!
They offer feature nights every week that include oysters and champagne, caviar night and 7 course tasting menu nights! Regular tasting menus available every night at the restaurant and the menu changes daily- it’s also all included! With an in house sommelier you can also elect an additional wine pairing for an added touch of elevation.
The attention to detail is top notch and personalized. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to even the pickiest of traveller! I tried to book a room for the last two nights- unfortunately they were at capacity! Will just have to come back one day😍

Hermitage Bay!!! When I say the beaches keep getting better and I don’t understand how, the same goes for the properties. Oh my gosh what an incredibly beautiful place!
With only 30 private bungalows this is the epitome of romance and tranquility. Guest can choose a beach front home or a hillside suite that includes private plunge pool. The intimate and relaxing atmosphere was amazing.
The views from the hillside were to die for with the mountains, ocean and lush greenery. It’s not surprising they were at full occupancy!
One word: STUNNING!!😍

Tamarind hills!!! Just WOW. If I could tell you how many times this week I’ve said “how can a beach get even prettier” and the next one just blows my mind all over. This has got to be one of the most gorgeous beaches I have ever seen!!
This property is so unique as it offers single suites but also multi bedroom home rentals. We were fortunate to tour a 4 bedroom house on the hill and all I can say is WOW! With two levels, full kitchen, washer dryer and a private pool this has it all. The views from every level get better and better- I couldn’t take my eyes off the water!
This property is not all inclusive but offers an on site restaurant with a Michelin star chef. You can shop in advance so that everything you need is set up for your arrival.
They can also staff the home with a butler and private chef. This is luxury at its finest!
Who’s up for a group vacay? I’m definitely on board!

This place will forever live on in my dreams!😍

Curtain Bluff! This was a stunning resort located in the tropical greenery. If you have older kids this is the place to be! With water sports including tubing located right at the main beach! We were fortunate to see a bluff suite and man was it gorgeous! The oceanfront suites are located on a separate beach from the main activity and swimming beach to give you a perfect combination of beach front and privacy! The beach was incredible!

Carlisle Bay😍 I absolutely loved this property located in the lush greenery. This property is absolutely perfect for families looking for boutique luxury- especially for those of us with little ones!
The kids club caters to children two and over with its own playground and 1ft deep wading pool. All staff are highly educated in childcare so you know the kids will be in good hands. They are even able to take the older kids off site on field trips for zip lining, stingrays etc. With parent authorization of course!
The property is small and great for anyone with mobility issues while still giving multiple options for dining and entertainment.
The location is incredible with direct access to hiking trails, kayaking in the mangroves, biking and for anyone who loves tennis, they have a pro on staff!
They really do have it all- including an absolutely stunning white sand beach of course! 🏝️
I will definitely be back!

Barbuda Belle! What an incredible place! This tiny resort is the epitome of remote personalized luxury. With only 8 waterfront guest cabins and a full team of personalized staff it is the standard of service and relaxation. Every detail has been considered- including air conditioned beds- the natural beauty doesn’t hurt either!
