As the Summer beach season winds down, we had with a last minute August cancellation and wanted to share for those that treasure this time of year on the white sandy beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast as much as we do. We now have the following Fall openings:

This time change sure has us missing Summer Days at the beach! Sunset Cove is already booked from Memorial Day weekend through June but, we just opened up 4th of July week! Grab it while you still can and enjoy the town fireworks show over the Navarre Pier from right from the balcony! See you in July! ☀️🌴🐬🐚

We are here in Navarre and have been keeping busy! Today our new couches came! Our daughter and I picked them out along with a new rug yesterday. We 🩵 making updates and we have now officially changed out all of our furniture since we purchased Sunset Cove in 2022. ☀️🌴🐬🐚
The pool deck is being resurfaced in November, but we are still receiving bookings. Everything will be fresh and new as of December 7th and we do have Christmas week open for those who like to spend it at the beach!🎄It’s truly the only way to guarantee a White (sand) Christmas!🎄

Sometimes we post just for fun and so I’m sharing a picture that was posted on a Navarre area page today of a beautiful manatee swimming by Sunset Cove. We most often seen dolphins playing, but a manatee sighting is pretty amazing! They love the warmer water and so we bet they’ll be around more often now, just like they were last Summer. ☀️🌴🐬🐚
We are happy to announce that, over the weekend, and less than a month after we took over management, we have reached Premier Host status on VRBO, which will show on our listing as of May 1st. Good morning from Sunset Cove! We arrived yesterday and have a busy few days planned making some more exciting changes to the condo.
