What a fun day ☀️ Grand Cayman did not disappoint - the tender from the ship gave us a grand view of the Treasure 🚢 and breathtaking water 🌊 Just a quick taxi ride away, we met Nick Clay with Crazy Crab 🦀 - a private charter boat ⚓️ We were treated to the BEST day 🩵 Starfish, stingrays (they are quite soft and lovely, fyi 😉) and a stop at Rum Point for drinks 🍹 and snacks 😋 In case you were wondering, kissing 😘 a stingray brings you seven years of good luck 🍀 so I’m golden!

Hello, Cozumel 🇲🇽 We spent the loveliest day at Paradise Beach, an all-inclusive beach club, enjoying our day beds, unlimited food and drinks and the gorgeous pool 🩵 If you’re a beach lover, it’s there as well 🏖️ I totally recommend!

The Rose on the Disney Treasure is just breathtaking 🥀 Specialty drinks, a million dollar view and the perfect spot to relax before dinner - especially if dinner is at Palo Steakhouse 😋

First day highlights:
* Lunch at the gorgeous 1923 that included smoked salmon, pasta penne and my favorite, the chocolate lava cake! The menu is diverse - just like sunny California - and the memorabilia never gets old!
* Cloudem in the beautiful Concierge Lounge 🩵
* Watching the sail away from our beautiful room 🚢
* Dinner at Plaza de Coco, filled with all the flavors of Mexico and a truly delightful dinner show where everyone is "familia" My Shrimp Diabla, Beef Short Rib and Coconut Tres Leche Cake were 100% delicious 😋

Is the Panama Canal on anyone else's bucket list? 🙋‍♀️ I lived vicariously through my guests, the Hamilton-George family, as they enjoyed the Celebrity Beyond on an 11-night cruise that included the Panama Canal, Cartagena, Colon, Curacao, Aruba and Grand Cayman ❤️ It was an absolute joy to help them plan this amazing adventure and it made my day when I read their email that finished with this, "It was a great time - we loved every minute.....Thanks for all of your help pulling this memorable experience together!"
