Matthew from AK. Mathew and his wife are both fisherman back home in Alaska, and wanted to try their hand at slinging some steel. After a great day in the water swimming with turtles, and seeing the amazing reef they were able to snag an Aweo’weo & Kole for dinner! They were departing the day we dive but they took their catch to and their epic team of chef’s took care of the rest. It was a pleasure to meet and host you both, see you on your next Maui vacation!

Yong from KS. Yong told me before we dive he really wanted to find Tako. Octopus are the masters of disguise so I said “you never know until you go!”. Our guests had an epic day diving this day! A father in law and son in law went out and learned ocean safety, the most sustainable fishing practice and we’re able to bring home dinner to their friends and family!

The ‘Kaku’ or otherwise known as Barracuda we the fish if the day. The father in law after many attempts and learning the practice of spearfishing, spotted, speared and landed a beautiful fish for his Ohana! Slide for the finished product 👏
