Show us all your dirty caravans that haven refuse to pay out the cleanliness guarantee on and thus breach contracts . Tell them about your lies and deceit tell them how you offered 100 pound then when I accepted you replied 'as you've refused the offer and it's no longer available well only talk to you through your solicitor . You're liars and untrustworthy.

Another dirty Haven Caravan, this time riviera sands. This time however they did sort it out, admitted it wasn't to standard and upgraded us.
Haven have yet to honour their cleanliness guarantee for cala gran though. I'm owed a full refund.

Still waiting for an explanation as to why haven have breached their contract and refused to pay out on their cleanliness money back guarantee despite saying they would at the time. I'm still waiting for an explanation as to why they've lied that i refused a voucher when I didn't not.
