Spectacular 8 bedroom lakefront home located on Lower Saranac Lake offers magnificent views of the lake, mountains, and sunsets. Grand Adirondack entrance with stone pillars invites you into the main living level of this exquisite home. The main level features the living room with a large stone fireplace, wet bar for entertaining, dining room, new gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and two dishwashers, master bedroom, master bathroom with in floor radiant heat, a second bedroom, full, and half bath. The lower level of this home offers a gas stove in the downstairs lake level living room / game room complete with its own TV, four bedrooms, and two full baths. The game room has a ping pong table, dart board, Foosball, shuffle board and pool/air hockey table. The loft off of the living room has a queen size bed for additional sleeping. The upper level of this massive home offers a bedroom and another large room with four twins. Enjoy the sunset from inside, outside on the large wrap around deck, screened porch with a stone fireplace and outdoor dining, or from the upper deck sitting area on the boathouse. Wake up to a wonderful view of the lake and the sounds of the water on 225 feet of private sandy beach shoreline, ideal for families with young children. The water has a very gradual decline in depth, and the views are spectacular. Bring along your own boat or rent from the nearby marina and tie up to a private dock after a day of tubing or water skiing across the 6-mile long lake. Tenants have use of an outdoor shower, two canoes and two kayaks. Ideal home for large and extended families, this home features three separate levels of living space and comfortably accommodates 18 people. This home has an expansive level lawn overlooking the lakefront, perfect for campfires, badminton and relaxing.
