One of the popular tourist attractions, Madras Crocodile Bank Trust and Centre for
Herpetology (MCBT), commonly known as Crocodile Bank is located 40 kms from the city of Chennai. It is one of the largest reptile zoos in the world, spread across over 8.5 acres of land.
It is the largest crocodile sanctuary in the country and a major tourist attraction in Chennai.
