Flashback to October 2021. I cried tears of joy when I picked this certificate up from the Placencia Municipal Airport (Tropic Air delivery), informing me that our team officially passed all the requirements to operate an accommodation in Belize. This piece of paper represents so much hard work. Accommodations in Belize require a license to operate and the process is not easy to say the least… it requires multiple government inspections, LOTS of paperwork, $$$, staff training, tourism board inspections, and more requirements.

Year over year our team continues to provide a 5 star experience for our guests that requires an extremely high bar of maintenance upkeep, impeccable housekeeping standards, and hospitality expertise. We put the work in as a team with ongoing training, team meetings, continuous improvements, and celebrating the wins along the way. Shout out to our incredible team of Eluterio Luti Pop and Orfelina Ida.
