Have you ever watched the Flag Retreat ceremony on Main Street USA? This occurs daily around 5:00pm.
This tribute to veterans for their service and sacrifice and dedication to protecting our country is something I love to make time for. I especially appreciate that a US Service Member is asked to help with the flag each time.

🥹 This was one of my favorite moments (maybe my favorite!) of my most recent trip to Walt Disney World.
In my last afternoon at Magic Kingdom, I explored all that Main Street USA had to offer. I waited for the Casey Corner Pianist and was blown away by his talent.
He asked for requests for the audience and he got to me very last. I requested “Go the Distance” from Hercules and instead he played a whole medley. I love how he looked back to see my reaction, which was 🥲.
Cast Members are the MAGIC. Just be sure to slow down enough to experience this magic. 🌟
I am staying at Disney’s Polynesian Resort for a quick stay to end off the summer. 🌺I am also testing out Disney’s Lightning Lane system which just started last week. ⚡️
The Polynesian Resort is located directly across from Magic Kingdom on the monorail. If you want great views of the nightly fireworks show, Happily Ever After, this is a great resort choice. 🎆
I am staying in a deluxe studio which has a split bath featuring two showers (one is a rain shower) which is great for getting ready in the mornings. This room sleeps five, with one sleeping surface being the child size pull down bed with Lilo and Stitch watching over you.
Did you know you can meet TALKING Dug from the movie Up at Disney California Adventure Park?
I was thrilled to get to meet Dug and tell him he was a good boy! Squirrel! 😂

It’s the 3 o’clock parade at Magic Kingdom! Festival of Fantasy is one of my favorites and we had a great spot to watch it!
Staying in Disney’s Contemporary Main Tower is absolutely one of the best locations! We couldn’t get much closer to the Magic than this!

Not all popcorn stands serve fountain drinks, but this one does! Grab yourself a popcorn, fountain drink, and even a popsicle.
There are several ways to get a low wait time like you see in the video. 1) Rope Drop 2) Buy ILL 3) Wait to ride until late at night which is what I did. The posted wait time was 50 minutes and the actual wait time was 22 minutes.
