Here is a look at the before and after I changed the front of the building. The windows got replaced and I had to re-point a lot of the brick. It is an absolute beautiful place and I'm really to find my next one.

It looks like it wants to be moody morning here at the Old Bank. We could definitely use the rain. But on a side note, sure is nice inside. The old buildings has come a very long way over the past 18 months. Now it will open for the first time in December as Oat + Co Hair Studio. I don't know how many years it has been since this was last open as a business but the electrical that I removed was all one color, that tells me the last update was pre 2000's. The second floor apartments still had k**b and tube in the walls and attic and that predates 1960's. I strongly suggest you hope over to the Oat + Co Hair Studio FB page and get to know the two new owners here. Looks like they have great ideas and a huge future coming. Grand opening is December 2nd so be sure to get that on your important events calendar to come support this new small business.

Had a very good time today at the Lyndon Fall Festival. Went home with the 3rd place trophy at the Lyndon chili competition. Mr Brenten Davis got the people choice award. Really love this little town and glad we are part of the community. Thanks to Lyndon Pride for all the hard work that went into putting this festival together and allowing us to join in the fun.

This is a really good time for all ages to come see. Ottawa is a very beautiful smaller city in kansas that has the oldest operating theater in the US. Come out this weekend and check it out
