Dochu
This village is for me the real face of Tusheti.
During the tour in Dochu I explain and show how local architecture has changed.
@paata1873 was shooting this video from Kvavlo.
An avalanche comes down from the mountain and covers Dartlo with snow.
Dartlo is in good condition👌😊
Last time I recorded tushetian conversation for with Daji.
Now I eant you to hear the different of sound and tushetians words that need to be translated.
Thanks to all my friends who helped me with this (Tazo, Merab, Dato, Ika, Levani), especially @itsdaj1 who spoke in tushetian dialect🫶🙏❤️

Kag-Tsveni
This winter in Tusheti, when I was visiting Eliko and Kako in Shenako, I was lucky to taste Kag-Tsveni.
I really liked it.
Unusual taste, filling and simply delicious.
The recipe is simple, like all other traditional Tushetian dishes.
When friends knewes aboit it, that I really liked this soup, they decided to make it at home.
That's when I shot this video.
We cooked it real on the fire.
I really wanted to share this taste with you and found out that in the summer you can also try this wonderful soup! I was very happy about this news!
If you decide to try Kag-Tsveni, you will need to tell me in advance, so that I can organize an evening degustation of this dish.
Good luck and follow for more information🫶
