Hybrid events are here to stay, now that people have discovered they don't have to drive hours/fly hundreds of miles to participate in live events in real time. MMGVP provided the livestreaming and video support for a fully hybrid event - a general assembly for a statewide association - Oct. 15 and 16, and saw the trend in action! It was challenging, fun, and a fantastic example of how combining some of the remote practices learned in the pandemic with in-person events can improve participation and inclusion, by removing the barriers of long-distance travel.

What an amazing project to be a part of: We produced this video for YWCA Seattle King Snohomish, featuring Pacific Northwest Artist Spencer Frazer and the beautiful painting he created to commemorate the YWCA's 125th Anniversary. Teleprompter Tip #1: When using a teleprompter for a video, remember a teleprompter is a tool to assist your memory, not a substitute for knowing your material. In order to sound natural - and not like you're reading from a screen - practice your talk before recording. Practice it several times. You - and your audience - will be glad you did.
