Ezio Gentile was born in Prezza, Italy, and immigrated to the United States as a young man to pursue his love for cooking of which he learned from his mother growing up.

Chef Ezio has been teaching at his cooking school, 'Italy on the Plate', in Providence, Rhode Island and also at a cooking school in Abbruzo, Italy, sharing his passion for cooking with others.
