With so much turnover of homes in Solterra, can we please ask that those who have sold to remove themselves from the group once you have closed. If you want to pass on the new owner information for us to add, we will be happy to do so.

If you have owners that you want added to the group, please note that they will need to request to join and have their address included so we can verify ownership.
If you invite them, if will show no address and they will be declined. Instead, share the link to the group and have them fill out the info we need to confirm.

To all members - we are still growing every week and most of the new members are proud owners of newly build houses at the resort. However we do see the occasional sell of properties.

As a reminder, ownership at the resort is one of the few requirements to become/stay member so please let your friendly admins know if and when you have sold your property so we can remove you as a member. The best way to let us know is by writing a 'seeya' note to your fellow owners but you can also send us a DM.
