From my Carnival cruisers that also like to eat healthy, this is a great option that many people don't know about. I didn't know about it, but I've never been on any of the ships that have it. For lunch every day, they have a great salad bar up on the adults only Serenity deck. Here are the menus and the list of ships that have the lunchtime salad bar up there. It's making me hungry! Here's a great escape in January.......I just booked this myself. Holland America Zaandam out of Fort Lauderdale, 1/18/25-1/25/25. This is a sweet Eastern Caribbean itinerary visiting Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, San Juan and Amber Cove. The Zaandam is lovely smaller ship that only carries 1400 passengers, so it is uncrowded and relaxing. Prices start at only $669 per person double occupancy, which includes taxes and Port charges. Never, ever share anything with a confirmation # online. And especially not on something that the whole world can view like TikTok. Most mobile devices have a markup feature that makes it really easy to block out stuff like this. Cabin numbers are something else that should not be posted, at least not until after you travel. The more info someone has, the more likely it is that they can impersonate you. 

BTW, if you book with a travel agent, that agent is the only one that can make changes to or cancel the booking. And you either need to access the cruise lines dedicated travel agent website, or call in and answer 20 questions in order to do so. It's not impossible that someone could call in and impersonate the travel agent, but it's a lot less likely as they need both the agent & agency info, as well as the travelers. 

The mom and nurse practitioner said she went into “a full-blown panic” and she and her four kids were all in tears.
