Passengers are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in Singapore

All passengers are required to take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test upon arrival in Singapore..

To expedite the COVID-19 PCR test at the airport, travellers are strongly encouraged to register and pre-pay for their on-arrival COVID-19 PCR test prior to departing for Singapore at https://safetravel.changiairport.com.

Travellers who did not register and pre-pay for their on-arrival test can make payment via cash / credit card upon arrival. However, they are expected to have a longer arrival clearance process.

Travellers who are exempted from this on-arrival test are:

i. Passengers aged six and below (i.e. Those who are born in 2015 to 2021);

ii. Ship crew;

iii. Work Permit and S-Pass holders from the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) sectors.

The prevailing Stay-Home Notice (SHN) requirements, including the PCR test at the end of the SHN, will continue.

As per ‘Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS)’ and ‘Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB)’ following restrictions will be imposed to Passengers:

DAC – SIN:

Visit/Short term Visa: Possession of a valid visa alone does not guarantee entry into Singapore. All short-term visitors must still seek prior approval via appropriate COVID-19 travel channels (e.g. obtain a Safe Travel Pass under Green/Fast Lane arrangements, or Air Travel Pass) before they can enter Singapore. Singaporean Citizen/Passport/PR holders can return to Singapore without any restriction.

Singaporean Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders need prior approval from Ministry of Manpower (MoM)’ and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Singapore.

Work/Employment Visa holders need prior approval from Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.

Student Visa holders need prior approval from Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore.

[TRAVELLING ADVISORY FOR MUSCAT, OMAN.]

Only Citizens of OMAN and the passengers with a valid Residence Visa (holding valid Oman Resident Cards) are allowed to enter in Oman, subjected to compliance to below requirements and procedures with effect from 11 NOV’20:

Ø Exception to 180 days Overstay: The Passengers, who have overstayed above 06 Months or 180 days out of Oman, required having an E-Visa against his same existing residence/work Visa number or a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from Immigration of Royal Oman Police. In this regard, passenger may contact to his/her Employer or Sponsor to renew the residence visa. Sponsor/Employer will do that at any Sanad Service Centers and renew the Visa. This is called E-Visa.

Ø Mandatory RT-PCR test for COVID-19: Passenger should carry 6 copies PCR negative certificate from any Govt. Approved Laboratory with validity of 72 hours from the sample collection to Departure time.

ü Provided that, A citizen who tests positive once, after recovering from COVID-19 is allowed to travel to Oman, after providing proof that he has completed the prescribed quarantine period before taking the COVID-19 PCR test prior to departure for Oman.

Ø Quarantine period: is amended to be (7) days from the date of arrival in Oman if the passenger has negative results of a COVID-19 PCR test conducted on arrival and another COVID-19 PCR test conducted on the 8th day. If the passenger does not wish to undertake a COVID-19 PCR test on the 8th day, the quarantine will continue for (14) days from the date of arrival.

ü Passengers have to present document in support of Quarantine facilities. It may an Undertaking by Sponsor/Company mentioning the quarantine responsibility or a house rental agreement.

Ø Non-Omani citizens or Residence Visa holders travelling to Oman are required to have an

‘International Health Insurance’ covering the cost of treatment for Covid-19 for a period of one month at least.

Ø All the passengers arriving to Oman are subject to COVID-19 PCR test on Arrival. The cost of PCR Test amounting to OMR 25 has to be borne by Passenger himself.

ü Children aged 15 years & below, Diplomats working at foreigner embassies accredited to Oman and diplomats visiting Oman are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test & from the tracking wristband.

ü While travelling each passenger is advised to carry OMR 25 (Twenty Five) to pay the COVID-19 PCR test fees upon arrival in Muscat, Oman.

Ø While traveling each passenger must carry an Android (Smartphone) Mobile Phone to Download Tarassud+ App from Google Play store.

Travel Requirements for Passengers Travelling to Italy

The ban on entry to Italy for people who have spent the last 14 days in Bangladesh has been lifted for holders of valid stay permits and already resident in Italy before the date of 09th July 2020. Therefore, passenger having these lines in visa '"Tipo di permesso di Soggiorno" – SOGGIONANTE DI LUNGO PERIODO-UE / OR INDETERMINATO - with "valido fino al" , ILLIMITATA (RIGHT)' is okay to travel.

EU citizens and citizens from other Schengen countries, United Kingdom and European microstates residing in Italy and their immediate family members (spouse, children, father and mother) continue to be allowed to enter to Italy.

Diplomats, officials of the EU and other international organizations, military and police personnel, regardless of citizenship, are permitted to enter to Italy.

Anyone, regardless of citizenship, coming from Bangladesh must present a negative COVID-19 medical test result when checking-in, taken in the 72 hours prior to the date of entry to Italy.

A quarantine of 14 days must be observed under the surveillance of the competent health Italian authorities.

Upon entering Italy public means of transportation cannot be used (except for internal flights and by remaining in the allowed area) to reach the place of residence or where the quarantine will be done. Travelers must indeed use private means of transportation to reach their place or the premises where the quarantine will be done. Respecting such rules of public health is mandatory in order to avoid to be rejected.

Stipulations Necessary for Entry of Nigerian Citizens into the United
Arab Emirates with Visit Visas.

All citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, wishing to enter the
United Arab Emirates with a visit visa, are required to obtain the
