Day 01: Arrival at Ghatghar
Arrive at Ghatghar by 2 PM in the Afternoon by own vehicle/other means. You can reach from Igatpuri or Kasara and then take local transport (state transport bus or shared jeep) to reach Ghatghar .Having own vehicle is highly advisable. Take ab Eye to look around And enjoy surrounding.
Leave for Sandhan Valley by 3pm Enjoy view and Zipline
Return to ecocity till 5pm
Have Enjoy evening snacks and also a walk at Ghatghar lakeside, Relish the Scrumptious homemade dinner(Veg/Non Veg/Jain) will be served thereafter. Night stay in Room/ Dorm.

Day 2: Trekking and return journey to back home

Wake up early in the morning @06.30am, get ready for trekking at Kokankada ,Enjoy the Sunrise,Get Fresh,have Breakfast. [email protected] am Depart for Ratangad.
Reach Ratangad base by 9 am. Return Ghatghar base (Ecocity) by 2 pm,Have Lunch .After relaxing for some time you can start your return journey to Your nest ,Bid Farewell to Ghatghar and Surrounding.

भारतीय हॉकी आणि ओरिसा सरकार कनेक्शन ...

कालच्या पुरुष हॉकी संघाच्या आणि आजच्या महिला हॉकी संघाच्या ऐतिहासिक विजयानंतर बऱ्याच ठिकाणी ओरिसाचे मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक यांच्याप्रती देखील कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करणारे अनेक ट्विट दिसून येत आहेत यामागचं कारण तुम्हाला माहित आहे का??

तर हे कारण एकदम वेगळं आहे 2018 ला सहारा समूहाने कोर्टकचेरी आणि आर्थिक चणचण अशा कारणांमुळे भारतीय हॉकी टीम ची स्पॉन्सरशिप काढून घेतली होती.

त्यानंतर 2018 साली ओरिसा सरकार पुढील पाच वर्षासाठी भारतीय पुरुष आणि महिला हॉकी संघासाठी स्पॉन्सर म्हणून पुढे आलं एखाद्या देशाच्या राष्ट्रीय संघाचा स्पॉन्सर एखादं राज्य सरकार होण्याची ही कदाचित पहिलीच वेळ होती (किमान भारतात तरी)

भारतीय संघात बिरेन लाकरा, दीप एक्का असे अनेक प्लेयर ओरीसाने आजवर दिले आहेत, 2018 साली ओरिसा ने पुरुष हॉकी चा वर्ल्डकप देखील शानदार पद्धतीने आयोजित करून दाखवला होता त्यानंतर 2023 साली ओरिसामधील राऊरकेला मध्ये भारतातलं सर्वात मोठं हॉकी स्टेडियम बांधून तिथं पुन्हा एकदा वर्ल्डकप आयोजित करण्याचं ओरिसा सरकारचं नियोजन आहे.

ओरिसा सरकारने याआधी बाकीच्या सर्वच्या सर्व महत्त्वाच्या हॉकी स्पर्धा यशस्वीरित्या आयोजित करून दाखवल्या आहेत त्यामुळे ओरिसाला भारतीय हॉकीचे पावर हाऊस म्हणलं तरी वावगे ठरणार नाही.

भारतीय पुरुष आणि महिला संघाच्या या ऐतिहासिक कामगिरी च्या क्षणी म्हणूनच ओरिसा राज्य सरकारची कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करण गरजेचच नाही तर आपलं कर्तव्य ठरतं...

धूतपापेश्वर हे रत्‍नागिरी जिल्ह्यातल्या राजापूर तालुक्यातील धोपेश्वर गावामधील प्रसिद्ध शिवमंदिर आहे.राजापूर शहरापासून सुमारे ५ किलोमीटरवर अंतरावर हे गाव लागते. सोमवारी आणि महाशिवरात्रीला येथे प्रचंड गर्दी होते.

धूतपापेश्वर मंदिर राजापूर (रत्नागिरी जिल्हा)
पाप धुऊन काढणारा ईश्वर म्हणून धूतपापेश्वर. सभोवतालचा परिसर अतिशय रम्य असून मंदिरही प्राचीन आहे. प्रशस्त असा सभामंडप, अंतर्गृह, गर्भगृह अशी रचना असलेल्या या मंदिरात येताक्षणी मन प्रसन्न होते. प्रवेशद्वारावर नगारखाना व आवारात दीपमाळा आहेत.

मंदिराशेजारी काळ्या कातळावरून खाली झोकून देणारा मृडानी नदीचा प्रवाह आहे. कोसळणाऱ्या पाण्याचा एक नितांत सुंदर धबधबा होतो. धबधब्याची खरी शोभा ऐन पावसाळ्यात दिसते.वरून खाली पाणी जेथे कोसळते तेथे एक डोह बनला आहे. त्याला “कोटितीर्थ" म्हणतात.

१) मंदिराशेजारून वाहणारी मृडानी नदी आणि या नदीवरील आकर्षक छोटे छोटे धबधबे. पावसाळ्यात त्याचे सौंदर्य अधिकच खुलते.

२) संपूर्ण मंदिर परिसरावर निसर्गाने मुक्त हस्ते सौंदर्याची उधळण केली आहे. गर्द झाडीत हे मंदिर वसलेले आहे.

३) मंदिराच्या सभामंडप आणि गर्भगृहावरील छतावर, खाबांवर,तुळयांवर ज्या प्राण्यांची,वनस्पतींची, फुलांची चित्रे काढून शिल्पकला केली आहे ते प्राणी वगैरे त्या मंदिर परिसरात आढळनारेच आहेत. उदाहरणार्थ - शंकराला वाह्याला जाणाऱ्यारा कैलासचाफा या आकर्षक फुलाचे झाड हे या एकमेव ठिकाणी पहायला मिळते.

४) मंदिर परिसरातील खांबांवर आणि भिंतीवर चित्रांसाठी व शिल्पकलेवर वापरलेले रंग पूर्णत नैसर्गिक म्हणजे पाने, फुले झाडाची साल यांपासून तयार केलेले रंग आहेत.

५) दररोजच्या पूजेत मांडलेल्या समयांवर इ.स.तारीख आहे त्यामुळे हे मंदिर किती प्राचीन असणार आहे याची कल्पना येते.

६) दररोज रात्री शेवटची महापूजा होते आणि शंकर-पार्वती यांच्यासाठी सारीपाटाचा (सोंगट्यांचा) खेळ मांडला जातो, . आणि गर्भगृहाचा दरवाजा बंद केला जातो. दुसऱ्या दिवशी पहाटे आरतीसाठी दरवाजे उघडतात तेव्हा ह्या सोंगट्या विखुरलेल्याले आढळतात. असे दररोज होत नाही आणि होईलच असे नाही शक्यतो (सोमवार, गुरुवार, अमावास्या, महाशिवरात्र, श्रावण सोमवार) यावेळी जास्त होते. येथील भाविकांची श्रद्धा आहे की भगवान शंकर-पार्वती येते येऊन सारीपाट खेळून जातात.
