DO THE DESTINATION WEDDING!!! 🏝️💍💘

“The greatest gift you receive will be the time spent with the people you and your partner love most. The memories and I made in Mexico will be cherished forever - and we have Uproute Travel to thank! Sam helped make all of our destination wedding dreams come true. With his help and guidance, 115 (!!) guests joined us at at the end of October 2023.

Sam helped with all of our destination wedding organization and coordination. He was a point person for the resort, flight scheduling, and transportation. He nailed it all! EVERY single person at our wedding complimented the ease of working with Sam. They applauded his knowledge, patience, and responsiveness. In fact, it was because of Sam that we had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage in front of so many loved ones. His check-ins with guests, willingness to answer questions, and ability to ease the anxiety of some travelers was the turning point of our dream wedding. His guidance excited and encouraged guests to join our celebration in Mexico! Our guests felt like they had someone they could rely on which is such a spark of joy in the chaos of international travel!

It’s important to know your strengths, but also your weaknesses! I occasionally struggle with organization and procrastination so thank goodness I had Sam to help catch the ball when the bride was losing it! He was our calm in the storm. As JP and I managed the wedding event details, Sam took care of the wedding week itinerary by communicating with all of our guests - making sure they were at ease with their transport and stay, and then reporting back to us.

Ladies and Gentlemen, when planning a destination wedding - hire Sam! He is a reliable, approachable, and friendly representation of the bride and groom. JP and I cannot thank him enough for making our wedding week in Riviera Cancun so joyous!! And did I mention, he also planned us the best honeymoon?”
