Mastering Custom User Fields
Looking to tailor your training platform to better reflect your organisation’s structure?
Need to collect unique data for your learners?
Need specialised data to elevate your reporting or manage large groups of people?
Custom user fields are your solution! They allow you to add up to 20 unique fields to user profiles, enhancing reporting and user management.
Quick Steps to Create Custom Fields:
1️⃣ Navigate to Admin → Account → Fields.
2️⃣ Under the ‘Custom Fields’ panel, click ‘Edit’.
3️⃣ Enter the field label, add an optional description, select the field type (Text, Number, Date, or List), and press ‘Enter’ to add the field.
4️⃣ Adjust visibility settings as needed.
5️⃣ Click ‘Save’ to finalise your new custom field.
