Mastering Custom User Fields

Looking to tailor your training platform to better reflect your organisation’s structure?

Need to collect unique data for your learners?

Need specialised data to elevate your reporting or manage large groups of people?

Custom user fields are your solution! They allow you to add up to 20 unique fields to user profiles, enhancing reporting and user management.

Quick Steps to Create Custom Fields:

1️⃣ Navigate to Admin → Account → Fields.
2️⃣ Under the ‘Custom Fields’ panel, click ‘Edit’.
3️⃣ Enter the field label, add an optional description, select the field type (Text, Number, Date, or List), and press ‘Enter’ to add the field.
4️⃣ Adjust visibility settings as needed.
5️⃣ Click ‘Save’ to finalise your new custom field.

You can:

If you're not sure where to start with training, we recommend you begin with this simple approach:

Start small with the training you always get asked about.

You know the ones…

That same process you’ve explained in multiple different emails.

The same handover you’ve repeated more times than you can count.

What if you could turn that into training, in under an hour?

Our customers have been having lots of fun using our new Scenarios feature since it launched late last year... and they’re getting really creative with it!

Here are a few clever ways it’s being used:

1️⃣ Multi-character learning journeys: Simulate a day of trainee shadowing where learners encounter different characters and answer questions along the way — perfect for retail, sales, or healthcare training.

2️⃣ Step-by-step process walkthroughs: Use background-only scenes (no characters needed!) to explain procedures across locations like offices, construction sites, or in-field service roles.

3️⃣ Adaptive learning paths: Add ‘branches’ that reinforce missed content or deepen understanding, only allowing learners to progress when they’ve mastered the material.

And that’s just the beginning.

Trying to be a platform that is a 'Jack of all trades, master of none' leads to an expensive and pretty average experience in all areas.

So we focus on just being a kick-arse learning platform.

We're not a HRIS, but we can integrate with them.
We're not an e-commerce store, but we work well with them.
We're not a student management system, but will refer to some good ones.

We're focused on businesses in Australia 🇦🇺 & New Zealand 🇳🇿 so we only create compliance content, based on the laws and best practices here.
We don't use American spelling.
All of our team are based here and support is available at the right time of day.

Most Australian & NZ organisations aren't massive, so we prioritise features that help smaller HR/L&D teams do more with less.
