Itinerary
We start the day by visiting Milsons Point, a stylish suburb with mesmerizing architecture, before moving on to the incredible views of the North Head Lookout. Here, you can marvel over the cliff top scenery and gaze out at the sea beyond the harbour.

Then it’s on to Manly Beach. Feel the warm sand between your toes, wander the shoreline, and relax in one of the cafes. For lunch, we’ll head to Darling Harbour, where you will have 2 hours to explore the area at your own pace or upgrade to a spectacular lunch cruise. Enjoy lunch as you admire the impressive beauty of Sydney Harbour from the comfort of the luxurious Captain Cook boat MV Sydney 2000.

We meet again at Kings Street Wharf to head on to The Rocks at the base of Harbour Bridge. Here, you can browse the collection of boutique stores, galleries, and tasty eateries, all of which are set against a backdrop of impressive architecture.

In the afternoon, we’ll head to Sydney Harbour Bridge, one of the city’s most iconic attractions, and then we’ll move on to Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair which overlooks the city skyline.

From the viewpoint, you’ll be able to see the Sydney Opera House from above, Sydney’s most prominent piece of architecture. We’ll then head to The Gap, where there’ll be plenty of photo opportunities with the dramatic cliff.

Finally, we’ll stop at Bondi Beach, one of the world’s most famous stretches of coastline. Relax and watch the surfers, dip your toes in the cool water, and treat yourself to afternoon tea (at your own expense) before your day of delving into Sydney life comes to an end

The tour departs from central Sydney, heading straight to the Hunter Valley wine region. The area is one of Australia’s top epicurean destinations, famed for world-class wine production and fine restaurants. Throughout the day, you’ll have a chance to sample some of the wine the area is famous for as we visit three boutique local wineries. Learn about each wine and its production as you taste your way through the Hunter Valley’s best-known wine varieties including chardonnay, semillon and shiraz.

At one of the internationally recognised wineries of the area, you’ll be taken on a behind the scenes tour of the winery and learn more about the winemaking process. You’ll then get to sample some of the delicious offerings – you may even be lucky enough to taste some of the local cheese and chocolate produce!

If you fancy something a bit stronger, a stop at the Hunter Valley Distillery is sure to satisfy. Taste some of the unique schnapps and liqueur flavours including choc-mint, honeydew melon, black tea and even chilli!
