Starting November 28, 2020, all departing and arriving passengers are required to use the Traze mobile app for contact tracing. Download and install the app before proceeding to the airport, for a more seamless experience.

Passengers who do not have mobile phones or mobile gadgets may go to the Malasakit Helpdesk at the airport for registration assistance to get a unique QR code, or they may ask a family member to register them with the app.

Before going to the airport

1. Face mask is required for all flights, from entering the airport to arriving at your destination. While any type of mask is allowed, please check the local regulations in your destination for any specific mask requirement.

2. Eat a hearty meal before flying. Our buy-on-board service will be temporarily suspended, except selling of bottled water and serving of pre-ordered meals.

3. Only one (1) carry-on baggage can be brought inside the cabin. Make sure that its size is not bigger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm. Make sure that you can personally carry your bag for stowing in the overhead bins.

4. For your own peace of mind, bring your personal hand sanitizers with maximum alcohol content of 70% and not bigger than 100mL.

5. Bring your personal pen to fill out forms.

6. Check-in online by clicking here http://bit.ly/CEBOnlineCheckIn. You can go straight to the boarding gate if you don’t have a baggage. Otherwise, simply pass by our bag drop counter to check in your baggage.

7. Be at the airport three (3) hours before your domestic flight’s estimated time of departure for a more relaxed experience as you go through the new pre-departure procedures.

8.Before flying, check all local government regulations of your origin and destination, to ensure compliance to their requirements.

1. What are the routes and destinations of 2Go Travel?

ANSWER:

BACOLOD, BATANGAS, BUTUAN (NASIPIT) , CEBU, CAGAYAN DE ORO, DUMAGUETE, DIPOLOG, ILIGAN CITY, ILOILO, MANILA, CATICLAN JETTY PORT, ODIONGAN, OZAMIZ CITY, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, ROMBLON, ROXAS CITY, CORON PALAWAN, ZAMBOANGA CITY.

2. HOW MUCH IS THE FARE FOR SUV, MOTORCYCLE OR ANY VEHICLE ON BOARD THE 2GO VESSEL?

ANSWER: For vehicle or cargo bookings and rates, please call 2Go customer service hotline at 8528-7400 from Monday to Saturday, 8AM-7PM or email at [email protected].

3. HOW MUCH IS THE TICKET RATE FOR CHILDREN?

ANSWER: Children two (2) years old and below and whose height below one (1) are considered infants and a fixed rate of Php205.00 will be charged which will be paid at the terminal of 2Go Travel.

A maximum of 2 infants per adult passenger is allowed and will share with the bed and or bunk of the parent. A birth certificate must be presented in order to avail the rates for infants.

4. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS UPON BOARDING THE 2GO TRAVEL VESSEL?

ANSWER: The passenger must present one (1) copy of the eTicket Itinerary Receipt and a valid ID.

For infants, 1-year-old and below are required to present medical certificate and birth certificate.

6.DO PREGNANT WOMEN ALLOWED TO TRAVEL ON BOARD THE 2GO TRAVEL VESSEL?

ANSWER: PREGNANT PASSENGERS BELOW 24 WEEKS MUST PRESENT A WAIVER AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE STATING THAT THEY ARE FIT TO TRAVEL.

Passengers who are more than 24 weeks pregnant will not be allowed to board.

7. DO WE HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL TERMINAL FEE?

ANSWER: Passengers from Pier 4 Manila will have to pay a Php95.00 as terminal fee. Senior Citizens for Php50.00 and students for Php75.00.

• 2Go Travel is not liable for any loss and deterioration of these items while on board

• Pets and other animals (except for endangered species) are allowed on board, provided they are properly caged and with quarantine certificate.

• Below are the requirements for bringing cats:

• Properly caged
With a quarantine certificate from the Bureau of Animal Industry
The Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC) shall be valid for three (3) calendar days upon its date of issuance.
Shipping Permit from Bureau of Animal Industry shall be valid seven (7) calendar days upon its date of issuance. (VHC is a pre-requisite in issuance of shipping permit)
Vaccinated against rabies not more than 1 year, but not less than 14 days at the time of departure/shipment with a Rabies Vaccination Certificate/Record signed by a licensed Veterinarian.
The Bill of Lading depends on the actual size of the cage. (Must be secured and settled at the pier).
Pets are not allowed in any of 2Go accommodation. They would be placed in a separate area in the vessel. Owners can visit and feed their pets.
