Meet Our Architects of Luxury

Founded in 2014, Nonpareil Stays is a collaborative venture between cousins Deanna Zaccari and Lisa Giuntoli. With over a decade of expertise in property management and co-hosting, we welcome guests from around the world to experience our properties and join us as we continue to expand our distinguished collection of rentals in Los Angeles.

Lisa Giuntoli has a dynamic background in marketing and promotions, where she worked with major US record labels on campaigns for iconic artists like Lenny Kravitz, Janet Jackson, and The Rolling Stones. She also co-founded California Living, a boutique outdoor furnishings store, and has taken on various roles in project management and marketing for top interior design firms and fashion brands.

Deanna Zaccari started her career as a Fashion Stylist and Sales Executive at Giorgio Armani before branching out to launch her own lifestyle agency in 2005, serving high-profile clients in LA, NYC, and Miami. By 2011, she had built a highly successful property hosting business, earning recognition as an Airbnb Brand Ambassador and Super Host. Deanna also channels her passion for design into interior projects in both Maine and Los Angeles.

As we approach the end of the first quarter, it's a perfect time to get your home ready for summer travel. We want to help you maximize your revenue potential by setting the highest possible nightly rental fees. To do so, your home must be prepared for the spring and summer weather to command top dollar. The exterior of your home is just as important as the interior - since new travelers are starting to book, consider the outdoor spaces & how to make them attractive and welcoming:
OUTDOOR FURNITURE:
Space: If you have outdoor space and lack furniture such as chairs, lounges, tables, etc., consider purchasing them for the upcoming months.
Clean: Please ensure that your outdoor furniture is clean. Nobody wants to sit on dirty furniture. If necessary, we can schedule a cleaning for you.
Covers: If you lack furniture covers, we recommend purchasing them. They will help maintain your furniture's overall condition and keep it free from dust, drizzle, bird droppings, etc.
Umbrellas: Ensure that your umbrellas are clean and have sandbags to hold them down. If the areas are very sunny, getting at least one umbrella would be beneficial to make sitting outside more enjoyable for your guests.
HOME EXTERIOR:
Windows: Windows, glass, and floor-to-ceiling glass/glass doors should be cleaned regularly to keep them spotless.
Landscaping: Regular gardener maintenance is a must. Please ensure that we have your gardener's contact information (name & number) and the day of the week they are scheduled. Pottery, plants, firepits, etc., are great additions if you wish.
Sprinklers: Make sure that your sprinklers are in good working order and repair any necessary damages.
Awnings: Ensure that your awnings are clean and in good condition with no rips or tears.
Pools: Please ensure that we have your pool maintenance person's contact information, including their name and number, and the day of the week they are scheduled. Make sure that your pool and spa heating systems are running correctly. Consider using an app like iAquaLink to regulate and control heating and temperature for guest stays. By adding us to the app, we can handle this seamlessly for you.
Grill: Ensure that your grill is clean and in good working order with proper grill utensils and an extra propane tank. We will handle cleanings between guests.
Heat Lamps: Ensure that your heat lamps are in good working order with an extra propane tank.
Outdoor fireplaces and fire pits: Consider providing Duraflame and/or wood for your guests to use and also an extra tank of propane for fire pits.
