Short Term Studio Rental Nestled in our yard on the eastern side of New Providence island, our guest house can be your home away from home.

This Cozy 'Coconut' Cottage is perfect for any short stay or a couple's get away moment. Includes a full size bed, bathroom, kitchenette and other amenities. To our Family Islanders, we offer weekly rentals as well, this is the place for you. Beaches & grocery stores are about a 5-7 minute drive away, for your convenience. Public transportation is 4-5 minute walk away. Amenities include: AC, TV w/

Netiflix, Microwave, Mini Fridge, Closet, Dining area, Wifi, 1 Car Parking. Cooking apparatus & tools are available upon request. The cottage is designed for 2 persons max. $90 per night, with a $25 cleaning fee for 2 or more nights.
7 day (weekly) rental $500 with a $30 cleaning fee. Enjoy our beautiful guest house with your own private entrance. Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 11am.
