Top Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen, 1 King Bedroom, 1 Full Bath
Linens and towels are not provided. Paper products are also not included (ie, toilet paper, paper towels, etc)
Available items include:
Pack n play, portable high chair, coffee maker, corn hole boards, 2 TVs, a PlayStation, beach chairs, beach cart
Guests have access to the entire 1450sf home.
**Please note, we only rent to those 25 and older. Due to liability reasons, we do not allow the fire pit to be used during your stay.
Check-in is at 4p and Check-out is no later than 10a so the cleaners can get things ready for the next renters.
