BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR HISTORY, YA’LL!

One of Nicholas Clayton’s more modest buildings, the James Fadden Building completed in 1898 has been utilized by many business for many purposes. Pictured here, we see H.N.S. NORTON - WHOLESALE LIQUOR DEALER dealing liquor, wine and ci**rs.

Like many building in Galveston, this building has a cast iron store front, symbolizing the city’s economic success, still standing today!

This building is looking better than ever with occupying this wonderful, historic place on Galveston’s Strand.
