Over the years, I often get asked if it’s *really* worth it to stay on Walt Disney World Property, when visiting Walt Disney World. My answer will always be a resounding YES and here are a few of the MANY reasons why:

🏰 All guests staying on Walt Disney World property are able to get into the parks before they open to the general public. Many popular attractions can be visited during this time with little or no wait, allowing you to maximize your time in the parks! In addition, guests staying at Deluxe Resorts or Villas also receive extended evening hours on select nights as well!

🚠 Guests staying on Walt Disney World property also receive complimentary boat, monorail, bus and Skyliner service to the parks and Disney Springs. Some resorts are also within WALKING distance to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios as well! In addition, for Walt Disney World resort guests who choose to have a car, complementary parking is available at the resorts along with the theme parks, should the guests choose to drive. This sure beats the $30 a day (minimum) cost to park a car at the parks!

💦 In 2025, guests staying on property can enjoy water park admission on check-in day, which is automatically included in your stay!

⚡️ Guests staying on Walt Disney World property can opt to pre-book attractions up to 7️⃣ days before their vacation, for the length of their stay. This is a big advantage over those staying off property who can pre-book within 3️⃣ days.

🍽️ Guests staying on property have the option of adding a dining plan to their vacation. With the dining plans, guests can experience the benefit of prepaid meals and snacks!

🥗 Speaking of dining, guests staying on Walt Disney World property can book their dining reservations up to 6️⃣0️⃣days in advance of their stay for the length of their stay. This allows getting those hard-to-get reservations much easier! Those staying off property can only book their dining each day at the 60 day mark.

Boasting even more square footage than a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom, these spacious quarters can sleep up to 5!

We finished off our day today with a showing of, “World of Color - ONE,” at Disney’s California Adventure Park. Here, we had premium seating as part of the “World of Color Dessert Party,” where we were able to sit back and relax with drinks and treats, while watching this spectacular show.
