The Bible says that God will give us the desires of our heart when we seek Him first. The funny thing is that when you seek God first, your desires change. Material possessions become unimportant and loving others becomes a priority.

Rescuing these beautiful children is a great feeling. I love this missionary life but I can’t do it alone. Just running the rescue center is over $1,500 per month. Rescue children don’t come with clothes or anything more than what they are wearing. We had to buy clothes for 2 of our kids because the clothes they were wearing were borrowed. Then all schools here charge tuition, etc. Fuel and repairs for our car really add to the cost.

NEEDED 10 PEOPLE

We urgently need 10 people to support this project on a monthly basis by donating 1 garden tower for $20 each month. This will give the project a base income to count on as we grow. Just click the link below.

We use to spend $40 to buy enough food to feed a family for a couple of days. So $200 would feed a family for 15 days. But with these towers, $200 buys 10 towers and will provide about 8,000 meals during the next 3 years!

Do you know why our government restricts us from sending money to people in Africa?It is very difficult to tell the scammers from the honest people. I believe most are honest but I got fooled by a scammer who took me on a live video tour of ‘his’ orphanage.While I was in Kenya, I did a surprise visit. He didn’t realize the men with me spoke Swahili and he was calling friends to see if he could bring us to their place.BUT for so many, the need is real. Average income is $150 per month and food costs almost as much as it does here. So many children go to bed hungry. Grow Our Faith is building Garden Towers which feed a family for at least 3 years.
