Our #AdventuresbyDisney #Wyoming has concluded, but the memories and friendships live on! My ❤️ is full of new friendships made, memories made, stories heard and shared, marveling and standing amidst the beauty and wonder of the nature around us. And our chosen family grows!

🎣Day 5 Highlights: On the Range🎣
🍽️Delicious meals at Brooks Lake Lodge - (You do NOT go hungry on an Adventure by Disney!) - and oh my goodness….we (adventurers) are the ONLY ones at this lodge (besides the incredible staff). We even have a private chef (Whitney). Her meals are amazing and as I’m back home and making my lunch…I so miss her!
🎣🚶🏻♀️🚲🏹🐴Morning and afternoon was a “choose your own adventure” where you got to choose to:
- Go on a horseback trail ride with cowboys
- Go fly-fishing
- Hike
- Canoe
- Try your hand at archery

🐻Day 4 Highlights: Yellowstone Journey🐻
😎Took an excursion around the Lower Loop of Yellowstone National Park to explore magical places like Hayden Valley, Artist Point, the Upper and Lower Waterfalls and Lake Yellowstone.
🚶🏻♀️Enjoyed a privately guided tour of Yellowstone National Park's thermal phenomena on Fountain Paint Pot Trail and saw blue pools, pink mudpots, mini-geysers and steam vents, which are also known as fumaroles:) learning, seeing, and enjoying it all at the same time! My heart is bursting with gratitude to be alive and here
🍽️Private Lunch at Canyon Village Lounge
🚶🏻♀️The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone Hike - to see breathtaking waterfalls and beautiful multi-colored walls created by mineral stains.
🐻Rode through Hayden Valley by motorcoach = home to elk and grizzly bears and the largest number of free-roaming bison in the world. Learned that the difference between and bus and motor-coach is that a motor-coach has a bathroom 🧐
And amazing Disney movies on the coach plus a great time playing the creative game “Moose Migration” with winners displayed in a mooseum🫎
🍽️Settled into Brooks Lake Lodge (which is 102 years old!) and then had another private dinner with our fellow adventurers and our private chef, Whitney!

🚲Day 3 Highlights: Trail Blazers🚲
🍽️Breakfast at the Wort Hotel - Yummy. I could get used to this:)
🚲We hopped on bikes to explore Grand Teton National Park with a local expert for a tour of this beautiful national park with a stop at Mormon Row, Moulton Barn. (If you didn’t want to bike, no worries. There are always other options! You could enjoy the Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center and surrounding hiking trails as well.)
🍽️Lunch in the Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge where we had an incredible lunch overlooking picturesque views of the Teton Range from the Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge. We got to see the Rendezvous Murals—10 historically accurate panels painted by the late 20th-century American artist, Carl Roters.
💦West Thumb Geyser Basin - we explored geysers, mudpots and all the geothermal phenomena in Yellowstone National Park.
🧳We moved (or rather Disney moved us and our luggage) to Yellowstone National Park Lodging! Then we settled into our home for the night within walking distance of Old Faithful Geyser. These lodges in this area are constructed to reflect the natural beauty of their surroundings! So nice!
💦 Leisurely stroll around the most famous geyser in Yellowstone National Park, Old Faithful. It was named for its frequent eruptions that number about 20 a day.

🧳Arrived in Jackson Hole - walked around the beautiful Jackson Hole, had lunch, met our new fellow adventurers!
🧳Disney Difference: Don’t struggle with your luggage on Adventure by Disney. Remember those orange luggage straps and tags that came in our welcome box? It’s so that when we arrive, our incredible adventure guides will take care of transporting our luggage throughout the adventure.
🍽️Welcome dinner at the Wort Hotel - meeting the other families who will share your adventure, chowing down on cowboy grub, and hearing authentic live cowboy music.
*a little behind as I don’t have great/any cell service out in the Grand Tetons or Yellowstone national park as the park service wants to be off your devices and enjoy nature! Love this!!!
