Mercer Botanic Gardens
Mercer Botanic Gardens spans 393 acres in Humble, Texas. Aldine Westfield Road divides the property into the east side botanic gardens and the west side arboretum.
The botanic gardens consist of over 60 acres of beautifully maintained gardens that feature bamboo, color displays, daylilies, endangered species, ferns, gingers, herbs, tropicals, and more.
The East Side also has an extensive walking trail system, a Remembrance Walk for memorials and honorariums
The arboretum on the west side of Aldine Westfield features two playgrounds, a picnic area nestled in a woodland setting with two barbecue pavilions, plenty of picnic tables, a hickory bog and boardwalk, cypress swamp, maple collection and several miles of walking trails that wind through beautifully preserved woodlands.

The first stop at the beginning of our 10 state roadtrip last year! We were about halfway through TX.. which only takes like 10 hours 😂 .. and stopped here just before crossing over to New Mexico.

☀️ Yesterday was spent riding along the sea wall on the island and testing out our new electric scooter !
Although it was little too difficult to get any good scooter content when you’re being pulled BY the scooter in skates 🤣

☀️ Beach days are the best days together! With two trips already in the books for us this year.. 2021 has got nothing on us!
On the first trip we celebrated our 9 year anniversary ❤️ and captured some awesome pictures with our new stabilizer. While we’re still getting the hang of using our new toy, our second trip I got to practice using it with my roller skates on the Galveston Sea Wall 😁 🛼
Any tips for newbies on using a stabilizer?! Much appreciated 🙏🏼
