🏠We're excited!🥳 We are getting ready to host another traveling nurse at one of our properties (this is our 3rd time).

🏠Hosting travel nurses or Healthcare professionals is a good way to fill the gaps during off peak or slower booking season.

🏠Our properties come fully furnished with many amenities: the kitchens are fully equipped, including Keurig, plates, bowls, glasses, tupperware, silverware, pots & pans, and other basic essentials. Washer and dryer in units. And to welcome our guests, we also provide a "Starter Kit" for the bedrooms and bathrooms to include bed & bath linens, and toiletries.

This is (kinda) where it all started for us. Our first listing! Some fun facts about ‘the bathroom project’:

🏠 We did it ourselves!!!

🏠 This was a duplex and we turned THIS upstairs 1 bed, 1 bath unit into a beautiful space room by room.

🏠 This bathroom took hard-work, sweat, many talks, many weekends, and many trips to Lowe’s & Home Depot but the end result was worth it.

We learned many things during this remodel:

📝 Have a plan & a routine. Include finances.
💪 Know people’s strengths and let them do their thing.
🔨 Understand the basics. Think about ways to effectively utilize the space and add value to make it comfortable.
💐 Add the right little touches of decor to spruce up the space.
🧽 CLEAN. CLEAN. & Clean some more.
