Day #2 Lake Como: Mandello del Lario.

After our hike we headed back to the villa to a cooking class hosted by our lovely Aneta. We made zucchini and gorgonzola pasta as our main course and bruscetta, caprese, and breasola rolls for our appetizers. Everything was delicious... tasted so fresh and perfectly cooked.

Thank you Tina, for your help teaching everyone how to make pasta, and thank you to everyone for making such an amazing dinner…. You all made such a good team and did a great job!

Day #2 in Lake Como: Mandello del Lario! We started our morning with a wall to a lovely cafe or "bar" where we got delicious pastries and coffee!

We then went on a beautiful hike along the Sentiario del Viandante... visiting the San Giorgio Church and Torre Del Barbarossa (Redbeard). Not only were the views spectacular, but the weather was perfect and everyone had an amazing time!

1st Day in Lake Como: Mandello del Lario. Everyone arrived to the beautiful Villa Confolonieri and explored our homebase: Mandello del Lario. We had a lovely Apretivo dinner, which was an assortment of Italian appetizers, most traditional to Northern Italy. To drink we had Negronis which were delightful!
