Siem Reap will forever hold a spot in my heart. It is an enchanting city everyone should explore 💛

Things to do in Siem Reap:
1. Angkor Wat: Siem Reap is home to the world-renowned Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world. This stunning temple complex, originally built in the early 12th century as a Hindu temple and later transformed into a Buddhist temple, is an architectural marvel. Visitors can explore its intricate carvings, vast moats, and towering spires, especially magical during sunrise and sunset.

2. Vibrant Nightlife and Market: Siem Reap boasts a lively nightlife, with bustling night markets, lively pubs, and eclectic restaurants. The Angkor Night Market and Pub Street are particularly popular, offering a wide array of local crafts, street food, and entertainment. The markets are perfect for finding unique souvenirs, while the bars and restaurants provide a taste of both traditional Cambodian and international cuisine.

3. Cultural Experiences and Performances: The city offers numerous opportunities to immerse oneself in Cambodian culture. Who has Singapore on their bucket list?! It’s unlike any other city I’ve been too. It’s an extreme melting pot of culture and modern meets classic. It’s a location not to be missed. This is great place to visit for 2-3 before cruising out of Marina Bay.

Have a family heading out to Halong Bay next month and I am so excited for them!
Halong Bay is breathtakingly beautiful. Combining a 1-2 night luxury junk boat cruise with 3-nights in Hanoi is an awesome way to take a shorter trip that is still unforgettable. Or if you want a longer trip you can pair with Saigon. Best time to visit is Fall and Spring.

-🇰🇷My husband is in the military, so we have had the privilege of living in 8 different states and South Korea.
