It’s been two years since we started creating this space and we are exited about the progress and looking forward to sharing this space with you. It’s amazing how fast the land can provide food and sustenance. Since we began we have already harvested guanabana (sweet sop), nance, peanut butter fruit, miracle fruit, 2 harvests of more than we can eat of yucca (casava), gungu beans, coconut, papaya, sweet potatoe, yam, not to mention all the herbs that we use on a daily basis (culantro, oregano, mint, lemon grass, ginger, turmeric), and so much more. Also very excited for all the flowers and decorative plantings we have been doing. It feels like a dream. . .
