AT NO CHARGE TO YOU, I will use my local knowledge to offer quality accommodation, airport transfers, weddings and special occasions - all of which I have visited and checked personally. I also visit many other parts of the Algarve, enjoying local festivals and traditional Portuguese events. I have a large network of contacts in the holiday and travel industry (both in the UK and the Algarve) as w

ell as connections within the catering, hospitality and events arena. During my working career I have arranged vast numbers of events, trips, away days, charity fundraisers, business meetings and Christmas Parties, after using my negotiating skills to get the best value within the given budget. More recently over in the Algarve I have arranged celebrations for a 60th birthday attended by over 30 UK visitors, a reunion trip for a group of 15 friends giving advice on accommodation and arranging airport transfers. I have booked lunches and dinners and arranged transport to the restaurants and arranged local wine tasting events. I only recommend accommodation, restaurants and services that I have personally experienced. In 2014 I was voted UK Travel Manager of the Year by the Institute of Travel Management (ITM). At no cost to you, I will use my local knowledge and contacts to find you the best accommodation all of which I have personally visited and viewed, arrange your airport transfers, Wine tasting, Wedding Planning and Events, Private Dining and making your holiday one to remember. I will provide you with all the necessary details and contact numbers for your consideration, allowing you to make the bookings yourself so that you still retain full control of your holiday. New to my portfolio and the rental market, this amazing private villa retreat giving you 4 en-suite bedrooms situated between Porches and Armacao de Pera. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Upstairs is a master suite, including a double bedroom en-suite with bath, a large study and roof terrace.

There is a large open plan kitchen and indoor dining area, a spacious television room and enormous living room with a sunken recess and fireplace for the winter months. The living room opens onto a large terrace, ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with steps leading down to the pool area. There is easy access from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area which also has a barbecue. Large swimming pool with diving board and a shallow end for the children to enjoy.
Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations.

2025 current availability dates below, rates are from £370 per night low season
All May - June 10th available
July 19th - August 21st
August 30th - September 15th
19th September onwards

Transfers can be arranged from the airport direct to the villa. Private dinners, wine tasting & tapas can also be arranged for those special celebrations

Please see link below which will provide you with updates on the refurbishment and name change of the old Holiday Inn Algarve.

"Casa de Sada Algarve, Curio Collection by Hilton, is set to open at a prime beachfront location on the Armação De Pêra coastline in the Algarve, Portugal in the second half of 2025, under a franchise agreement with Crimson Hotels" I believe it will be around November time.

New franchise agreements in Greece, Portugal and Croatia underscore Hilton’s commitment to growth in Europe’s resorts market.
