International Tiger Day!!!
As we celebrate international tiger day, the numbers declared by Govt shows significant increase in Tiger numbers and that’s a great achievement for us as nation.
But the question is are we creating enough place for this increased number? Are we creating enough green corridors for these beats to move around unharmed? Are we making sure they have enough pray base so they don’t wonder near live stocks of people staying in buffers of forest?
Just being happy about numbers is not sufficient, we need to think about all this so the number increases. So the man animal conflict decreases. So the tigers are not killed brutally by beating or electrocution.
When we achieve all this we will be really and truly proud. Till than the work continues..
And last but not the least we should not forget to thank Forest Dept, Guards, Guides who are working tirelessly day and night towards achieving this goal.

Mahaseer Fish from the river inside Jim Corbett Durga Devi range. This fish said to grow really big. You can find smaller once is local market. Beautiful golden scaling makes hen glitter while swiftly moving under water.!!!!

International Day Of Forests

It's established on the 21st day of March, by resolution of the United Nations General Assembly on November 28th 2012. Each year more than 13 million hectares of forests are lost. And as go the forests, so go the plant and animals species that they embrace.

So Let's make collective efforts to conserve forests and keep the Mother Earth alive and Happy.

Happy Forest Day to All !!

World Forestry Day or International Day of Forests is celebrated worldwide every year on 21st of March at the international level in order to increase the public awareness among communities about the values, significance and contributions of the forests to balance the life cycle on the earth.
The World Forestry Day was established in the year 1971 & International Day of Forests was first established in the year 2012 on 28th of November.

Forests plays great role in gathering and releasing the water on the earth and maintain the flora and fauna habitat balance.
According to the resources it has been noted that there is an annual loss of around 13 million hectares or 32 million acres of the forests by the people. Loss of the forests enhances the loss of inhabitant animal species to the forest. Deforestation imbalances the balance of natural climate which lead to the global warming by increasing the CO2 and decreasing the O2 percentage all across the world.
Theme for World Forestry Day 2017 is “Forests & Energy”.

Forests are the natural beauty on the earth which is very necessary to be conserved to go everything in balance. Join us on the Jungle safaris and enjoy this beauty with us.
