It’s laughter they’re after when a brand-new land themed around Pixar Animation Studios’ “Monsters, Inc.” comes to life at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort.
The news was shared during Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro, with a little help from Disney Legend Billy Crystal, took to the stage to reveal plans to build a living, breathing, and not-at-all-scary “Monsters, Inc.” inspired area where you’ll be able to stroll the streets alongside some of your favorite monsters.
The coaster will put you right in the middle of the monster action. Just be sure to till out your paperwork! Roz is always watching...
Work on the project is slated to begin next year, so get ready to ROAR with laughter!
This park includes the first-ever suspended coaster in a Disney park!

On July 24, Walt Disney World will introduce new, simpler names to provide more clarity for everyone. Disney Genie+ service will become Lightning Lane Multi Pass, while individual Lightning Lane will now be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass.
We will also be updating Lightning Lane passes to help you:

Choose your experiences and times prior to purchasing, so you know what you’re getting.

Run Through the World of Frozen during the Hong Kong Disneyland 10k weekend 2024.
The race will take place on Nov. 2&3 2024 and will feature 5 races themed to Marvel, Superhero’s, Pixar characters, Duffy and Friends, Mickey and Friends, along with the new Frozen race, which allows all guests to run through the Kingdom of Arendelle for the first time. more details for the race will be released at a later date.
