Had the best week last week in Bali.

Great place..! And the Balinese people must be the most friendliest in South East Asia so far.

For sure will be back soon 😊 .

But for now back home 🏠 to Sydney.

My Online Personal Training guys aren't going to update their own training programmes

New members & athletes aren't going to appear from thin air

& I'm not gonna stay a coach people wanna work with if I don't continue learning

It's not all fun & games

But I LOVE it

I've already doubled the countries I've ever visited

& grown the number of guys I'm working with

Next plan is to build one of the best Online Personal Training & Strength & Conditioning services out there

Whilst doubling the number of countries again!!

No plans to aim to low & hit...😏

Walking straight towards it has given me the best experiences

As scary as it is... doing what you're afraid of is often the best thing to do!

Fear is REAL

EMBRACE it

walk towards it

in-fact run towards it

& take it head on

What are you scared of?

I was scared of quitting the job & career I'd taken 10 years to build

I was scared of having my heart operation

but both things have changed my perspective on life

& helped provide me some LIFE CHANGING experiences

is your life changing experience the other side of your fear?

6 months today since we left England

It's been one hell of an adventure and we ain't stopping yet!

& we'll regularly sharing our experiences of not just our travels but the work we're doing to fund them!

To new beginnings…..

Time fly’s when you're having fun!

Today marks exactly 6 months that we entered terminal 2 of Heathrow airport to say goodbye to one chapter and look forward to writing a new one.

We've come a long way since then.

Not going to lie….. It’s been one hell of a ride so far, surpassing all expectations beyond measure!

Last year marked a huge shift in mindset for the two of us. No girlfriends, no dependants and one huge passion to travel the world and share our experiences through New State of Mind.

I just want to give a big huge shout out to Marcus who I regard more as a brother. I couldn’t be doing this a better friend.

One thing we aren’t shy on and that’s memories!

We've met some great new friends along the way too.

So we want to take this opportunity to say a BIG SPECIAL THANK YOU to ALL the amazing people we've met from different parts of the globe. It’s been an absolute privilege meeting all of you and getting to know you, no matter how long or short the time was we spent together.

We're sure we'll see you all somewhere around the world soon.
Anytime you want to join us again, you're all more than welcome.

Been at Manila airport wait for our connecting flight (approx 10 hours) back to Ho Chi Minh 🇻🇳 since midday today.

Not gonna lie we're both broken after a big night out last night followed by an early start today for mammoth trip home ✈️.

Well worth it though after meeting some great people and making some top memories over the last 4 days..!

Here is one slightly smaller friend we met 🇵🇭. Name unknown... Age probably about 3... Cuteness about a 10 🐣.
