We are looking for snowbirds. We own a home in Bullhead Arizona.
3 miles from Laughlin casinos and 3 miles from lake Mohave.

We typically do short term rentals during high season but from November - March we prefer Snowbirds. During those months we will allow single month rental or multiple month rental. We are not picky but we prefer respectful kind guests. Someone who will take good care of our home and treat it as their own.

We have 2 locations in Bullhead Arizona. both are located 2 miles from Lake Mohave, 1 mile from the river and 2.5 miles from Laughlin Casinos. Please click the link below to check availability.

Each home sleeps 8 adults, single story, open floor plan. Sunridge estates 1 has a cocktails style pool and plenty of boat and car parking. Sunridge Estates 2 has boat deep garage parking but does not have a pool yet.
