Pregnant with Ainsley on our Disney babymoon 2 years ago! 🥹 Crazy how much time flies by! As someone who has major food aversions when pregnant, I loved that I had so many dining options. We took it easy, walked around the parks, rode very chill rides, and enjoyed the Florida sun at Christmastime!
Guess which resort this Christmas tree belongs to? If you guessed Port Orleans - French Quarter, you are correct! This resort is one of my favorites and THE BEST PLACE to get a beignet on Walt Disney World property. 🤤
Hakuna Matata! We had an amazing time staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. This was our second trip to the resort, and the first time staying in The Lion King Suites. It was SO NICE to be able to spread out, and Ainsley loved all the space to play with her toys! We ordered grocery delivery and used the kitchenette everyday to wash cups and bottles. This resort is perfect for big families or families with littles!
I literally CANNOT wait to be back at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party next month! 🎃
This will our first time bringing Ainsley to a nighttime event! Here are the things I’m looking forward to the most:
1. Meeting Mickey and Minnie in their costumes
2. Watching her reaction to the Halloween parade
3. Seeing fireworks for the first time 🥹
Am I nervous about taking a toddler to a party?? OF COURSE! But we will make sure to bring lots of snacks, take breaks, and make the most of our spooooky magical night ✨
Wishing I was currently “traveling around the world” at EPCOT for the Food & Wine Festival. 🤤 These pan-fried chicken dumplings are found at the China pavilion!

One of the coolest things about the Mexico pavilion at Epcot? The incorporation of one my of favorite Disney movies, Coco! You can find a ton of interesting cultural artifacts and Coco merch, and cool down in the hot Florida summer with a marg here! Maybe even visit the Three Caballeros?!
Happy Haunting! 🎃 Today is the first day of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! We always have a BLAST at this special event. I’ll be sharing some of my favorite things throughout spooky season, but to start, one of the coolest experiences is meeting villainous characters!
EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is in full swing! Some fun drinks and dishes this year include a Pickle Milkshake and a Crispy Duck Bao Bun. Are you adventurous enough to try these items?! I love pickles, but I’m not sure about a milkshake. 🙃
Our next Disney Vacation is BOOKED! We will be staying at Coronado Springs this winter and visiting Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
Last time we visited Magic Kingdom, Ainsley had the best time…. but now she’s walking!!! I can’t wait to see her stomping down Main Street. 😍

A major highlight of our Disney Wish sailing was participating in Jack-Jack’s Incredible Diaper Dash! This event is for crawling babies, and guess what?! My daughter won her heat! It was hilarious watching the babies react to the crowd, and we even won a Jack-Jack bib!
Guess my favorite pavilion in Epcot!
I absolutely love Mexico! We always hop on the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros and stop for a delicious margarita at La Cava de Tequila. The Plaza de Los Amigos offers some authentic Mexican souvenirs and even some Coco merch.
The lounges on the Disney Wish are breathtaking. My favorite was The Bayou, a Princess and the Frog themed lounge that features a live band, trivia events, and beignets! Other lounges include Keg & Compass, The Nightingale, and Hyperspace Lounge.

It’s not everyday that you get to play peekaboo with Snow White!
One of my favorite meals on the Disney Wish was breakfast at Marceline Market. This casual dining option has plenty of variety and gorgeous indoor/outdoor views. They even have a specialty coffee shop serving delicious lattes with your favorite characters! ☕️
Let’s talk resorts! Disney’s Art of Animation Resort has the largest resort pool in Walt Disney World, the Big Blue Pool. We cooled off in this zero-entry pool, and Ainsley enjoyed watching the big kids play hula hoop musical chairs. The recreation team has so many activities to keep kids busy!
We easily could have spent all day at the pool. I always recommend adding a resort day into your vacation. You truly need this time to relax and recharge…. and enjoy your beautiful resort! ☀️
My daughter absolutely loved Mickey & Minnie Captain’s Deck! ⚓️ This was a great area for infants and toddlers to run around and release some energy. It was also a fun place to meet other small children on the ship!
Hyperspace Lounge is a Star Wars-themed bar that gives you a space-hopping tour of the galaxy! 🪐 I tried the Spire Sunset, a cocktail from Batuu. If you love sweet drinks like me, this drink is for you!
Where else can you get pristine white beaches and Pluto in a life jacket? 🏖️
I recently sailed on the Disney Wish, and let me tell you…. IT. WAS. AMAZING. I traveled with my 1-year-old daughter and husband on a four-night cruise to the Bahamas. As a first time cruiser, I was nervous! What if I get seasick? What if I don’t like cruising? Will it have the same magic as Walt Disney World? I can confidently say it was the easiest and funnest vacation I have experienced! I can’t wait to share our adventures with you. 🛳️
