Known locally as Tommy, you'll find the beloved sculpture of a WW1 soldier on guard duty at Seaham seafront. Designed by local artist Ray Lonsdale, Tommy is officially named '1101' to reflect the first minute of peace on November 11th 1918. #leastweforget #ArmisticeDay
