Amazon sent 3 pack of MDH Masala in place of a Oral B Vitality Electronic tooth brush . I have created unpackaging video and shared it with Amazon customer support . But they still not accepting their mistake and trying to put blame on us of not checking product at the delivery time .
I purchased a Electronic tooth brush of Oral vitality in sale for my mother.She was unaware of such fraud and she took package and i made payment on link provided by delivery agent from my Gurugram office.
Posting this as my attempt to get resolution asap .
I never thought such fraud going viral on social media can happen to me too. Please amplify!
