NON STOP from SLC to Korea! Wow! I came back from a luncheon today hosted by Korean Airlines and Delta. Awesome! How exciting that starting in June of this year you can fly nonstop! And once you get to Korea there are tons of flights to get to anywhere in Asia. I was impressed by the options and all that Korea has to offer. From Snow to Beach back to Snow!

Michael (hubby) and I recently travelled to Maui. We spent a beautiful week there enjoying the sun, warm water, and wearing flip flops again! Most of you know I live in Utah where we get 4 seasons. We left snowy Utah and had a fairly quick nonstop flight to Maui.

I have been curious as to what Maui (especially Lahaina) was looking like and I didn't feel comfortable selling Maui until I could understand for myself what it was looking like. Well I can tell you, you are missing out if you aren't coming to Maui! The island is in great shape and welcoming visitors. We flew into OGG and had an hour drive to Kaanapali where we were staying near Whaler's Village. There was a brief part of the drive that looked more desert than tropical island, but other than that, it's all there. Lahaina is where the fires were and just west of that is totally fine. Maui welcomes all and can use your help to bring travelers back! My favorite places were Kaanapali and Kapalua! So nice and relaxing!

We swam, snorkeled, went whale watching and I also got to sneak in 3 hotel site visits. It was such a nice time and beautiful weather! I recommend a trip to Maui (or any of the islands) every January.... especially when you live in Snowy Utah!

Okay, new year, new me! I am really going to try to post my travels. I also want this to be a place to ask questions or feel free to give reviews of places I have booked for you!

As a reminder, I book ALL types of travel. I recently was talking to a close friend who told me she had such booked a special cruise for her husband and her! I asked her why she didn't ask me for help, and she said she didn't think I booked cruises. My bad! So, from now on, I want YOU to know that I book almost everything. Flights, Land, Cruises (including river and ocean), Transportation, Airport Transfers, Groups, Disney, and Travel Insurance, etc. Even if you have a trip booked on your own I still can provide a travel insurance quote. There isn't much I won't book, so if you are ready for your next trip, consider giving me a call.

Some great Black Friday Sales going on. Here is one item I love for travel. It has many uses and I take a wrap on all of my trips (unless it is unbearably hot!). If you buy the wrap I recommend buying the pouch that matches it! Nice to have a safe clean place to store it when not in use and doubles as a small pillow!

Catching up with Summer Trips:
Croatia - Trogir. We spend a day in Trogir. Quick drive from Split. Beautiful historic town. We were lucky enough to have an amazing private tour and then lunch restaurant recommendation. The food was SO good. If you go, make sure to ask for the house wine... it's not on the menu, they serve it in a HUGE wine glass and yummy!

Versailles: June 2024
Instead of a stopover in Paris, Michael and I went to Versailles for a few days and were so glad we did! It's a low-key alternative to Paris with friendly locals, amazing walks and beauty in the park, the gardens and the Palace to enjoy! And... it's not so busy so we were able to relax! We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria, Versailles Trianon Palace. Definitely will be back!
