Key Responsibilities
 Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and
various Australian job platforms.
 Produce warm and hot leads through lead-generation campaigns.
 Set up meetings with potential clients and our consultants.
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our range of services.
 Reporting on sales opportunities, leads, and financial data.
 Collaborate with team members to continuously build a pipeline of sales opportunities.

About You:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has previous experience in lead
generation, appointment setting, and managing stakeholders throughout the sales process.
The successful applicant will also be committed and enthusiastic about learning about our
capabilities and services and an understanding of blue and white-collar industries in
Australia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required due to the
daily responsibilities of corresponding with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal
candidate will also have:
 3+ years’ in an Appointment Setter, Sales Executive, or similar role.
 Previous experience working with blue and white-collar industries in Australia.
 An understanding of Australia’s job market, culture, and trends.
 The ability to learn and implement internal processes and systems.
 A willingness to learn about the products/services of our business.
 Experience using a variety of platforms such as Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, and
Facebook to source potential clients.
 Ability to conduct and present market research to identify domestic trends and
applicable opportunities.
 Able to adhere to Australian time zone work hours.

Key Responsibilities

 Talent pool and shortlisting of candidates through job advertising platforms and head-
hunt platforms.

 Call-screening and submitting candidates to the Team Leader for client submission
and review.
 Conducting reference checks.
 Drafting job and position descriptions using provided information.
 Monitor and maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM (Zoho Recruit).
 Coordination of interviews between candidates, clients, and internal staff.
 General candidate management throughout the recruitment life cycle.
 Recruitment system data entry and maintenance.
 Background checks, qualification compliance checks, and other onboarding-related
requirements.

About You:

previous experience in the end-to-end recruitment process across
blue and white-collar industries in Australia. The successful applicant will also be committed

candidates, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate will also have:
