A weekend of riding, yoga, and relaxation at the brand new Riding & Yoga Training Camp! Take time to reconnect with your horse and yourself in a serene environment near Denny, Central Scotland.

📍 Location: Auchenhill Stud, near Denny

Weekend Itinerary

Friday
1–2 PM: Arrival and settle in.
3 PM: Pole clinic (2 sessions, 4 sharing).
5:30 PM: Welcome tea/coffee in the indoor arena, itinerary provided.
7 PM: Dinner in the lodge (2 bottles of wine provided per table).
8 PM: Final horse checks by us.

Saturday
7 AM: Continental breakfast delivered to the lodge.
9 AM: Equestrian-targeted yoga with Equestrian Fitness Scotland.
10–11 AM: Break for tea/coffee
11 AM - 4:30 PM: Lessons begin (2 sharing).
They include a 15-minute warm-up session with Fitness/Yoga coach.
Lesson with Liz Holmes: Back-to-basics connection training for you and your horse.

Optional physio/massage sessions with Diane Hunter (book on the day).

All Day:
Help yourself to soup, sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee, and juice in the indoor area.

Evening:
7 PM: Dinner in the lodge (2 bottles of wine provided per table).
Final horse checks and feeding done by us.

Sunday

8 AM: Breakfast rolls provided.
11 AM: Pack up and prepare to leave.
11:30 AM: Relaxing 2-hour hack around Carron Valley with lunch (sandwiches and soup) provided after.
2 PM: Head home, recharged and refreshed.

5 group lessons (just your group) with BHS Stage 3 Complete Coach Danielle Haughton.

30-minute spa treatment of your choice.

2 hours per day of use of the tropical spa (hot tub, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, shower, etc.).

You will also have access to all hacking routes, use of yard facilities (including hot horse shower and solarium), arenas, and woodland canter tracks.
