Tomorrow, I am back at Walt Disney World! 🏰✨

One of our favorite times of year to visit Walt Disney World is during the holidays. On this trip, some highlights include:

✨We will be staying at one of our favorite DVC resorts.
✨We will travel with family members who have never been to Disney World during the holidays. We can’t wait for them to experience the holiday season at Walt Disney World. They can’t wait to see the holiday decorations, including the gingerbread house display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and the Christmas tree stroll throughout Disney Springs.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom returns Tonight! 🎄🎁❄️

MVMCP is running now through Dec. 20, 2023! The party runs from 7 PM to midnight, but guests with a party ticket can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 PM. The wait times for attractions are low, several attractions have holiday overlays that are only available during the party, and there are festive treats and fun entertainment. There are also five treat stops with complimentary cookies and beverages. Some highlights from this party included:

7-Day Disney Cruise Recap! ⤵️

Portland, England

Our final port was Portland. On this day, our group visited the Jurrasic Coast and a small town called Whaymith.

On this day, we:
✨We took a 3-hour bus ride through the South West coast of England. This area of England is known as the Jurassic Coast due to the erosion of the coastal erosion having exposed Jurassic rock formations that spanned 185 million years.
✨After our excursion, some of us took the free shuttle provided by Disney to Waymouth. This small beach town offers an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, and pubs. We explored a bit before heading back to the ship.
✨For dinner tonight, we were visiting Animators Palette for the last time. On this night, I enjoyed the Malaysian Chicken Satay, Chicken Schnitzel Breaded and the Very Cherry Chocolate Sundae
✨For our evening entertainment, we watched Inside Out 2 for the first time. One of the many benefits of sailing on a Disney Cruise is access to first-run movies currently in theaters.

7-Day Disney Cruise Recap! ⤵️

Cobh, Ireland

Our third port day, and one of our favorites on our cruise was Cobh, Ireland. On this day our group was visiting Belarny Castle.

On this day, we:
✨We took a 45-minute bus ride to Belarny Castle outside Cork, Ireland. Here we had a few hours to explore the castle and grounds and visit the shops on the ground. This was probably one of our favorite excursions on the whole trip. We didn’t feel too rushed to explore the Castle because we decided not to kiss the famous Blarney Stone. The grounds of the castle were beautiful, with multiple walking paths and gardens.
✨After our walk, we headed to the small shopping center right before the entrance of the castle. Here we tried Irish coffee that was included with our excursion and did some shopping.
✨For Dinner, because it was Pirate night, we decided to grab some quick service. When we returned from our excursion, we had a late lunch, so we weren’t as hungry to have a full-sit down meal.
✨In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing in the main atrium, and taking in the beautiful sunset before calling it a night,

🚨 Breaking News for Walt Disney World Resort & Disneyland Resort. 🚨

🏰 In the coming weeks, Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort will begin piloting a new service providing expedited entry to theme park attraction: Lightning Lane Premier Pass.

⚡️ Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be offered in very limited quantities and will give guests one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance in the theme park they are visiting that day.

🎢 This includes attractions included in both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, but with Lightning Lane Premier Pass, guests do not need to select an experience time. Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be a premium offering, and prices will vary based on the date and theme park guests are visiting.

💫 At Disneyland Resort, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available first come, first served beginning TWO days in advance of a theme park reservation and will be valid for use in BOTH theme parks starting October 23, 2024.

🌟 At Walt Disney World, starting October 30, 2024, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available to guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resorts and may be purchased up to seven days in advance of their stay. It will only be valid for use in ONE PARK of the guest’s choice per day.

7-Day Disney Cruise Recap! ⤵️

Liverpool, England

The second port day of our cruise was Liverpool, England. On this day our group was splitting up. Some of us were taking part in an Anisfield stadium tour while my Mom and I explored Liverpool City. This day was probably one of the worst weather days, with on-and-off downpouring rain and wind. We wished we had better weather, so we could have explored the city better.

On this day, we:
✨We took a short walk over to Royal Albert docks. This little area is home to multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops. From there we made our way to Liverpool One shopping center. Here we made our own Liverpool Lego Minifigures.
✨After being in on-and-off rain, we decided to head back to the ship to enjoy lunch in cabanas. We spent lots of time in Cove Cafe enjoying a latte and catching up on some work.
✨For Dinner this evening we returned to the Royal Palace. I enjoyed the Lightly Breaded Baked Eggplant, Fettuccine with Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and the Chocolate Lava Cake.
✨After dinner, we enjoyed watching Beauty and the Beast, one of the Broadway shows on the Disney Dream. We all enjoyed the Broadway shows on board. Afterwards, we met some characters before we called it a night.
