If you’re visiting and looking to see as much as possible, you need to do a UTV tour with Scenic Tours and Rentals in Maggie Valley! We enjoyed a 4 hour tour driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway and off-road trails inside Cherokee to see the sunset over the Blue Ridge Mountains and we returned to the valley to see some elk.

We headed to the Silvermine Trailhead in Hot Springs to go llama trekking with 🦙🦙We had such an amazing time and could have walked for many miles with our trail buddies. The trail was beautiful, weather was perfect and David was a wonderful guide! This is a must do activity when you visit!

Fall is coming! We are seeing bookings come in for the very popular fall season 🍁🍁We are fully booked for June 😃 We have the limited availability in July: July 6th-9th, and July 26th-29th available. In August, we have August 22nd-24th and August 29th-31st. September and October are wide open with a few bookings already made for those that are planning ahead to see the beautiful Fall colors! Vacations always go by way too fast. With all of our mountain biking, white water rafting and fishing, it was great to come back to this lovely hot tub to relax in. What are you waiting for? Yesterday we did some fly fishing on the Tuckasegee River! We had Fly Fishing the Smokies as a guide and they were amazing. It was an enjoyable 4 hours on the river and was all catch and release. Another fun thing to do when you stay with us!

Yesterday, we took a nice drive to Hartford, TN to do some white water rafting on the Upper Pigeon River. There are so many fun outdoor activities nearby! Every was absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to go again. They offer trips for the laid back and the adrenaline junkies!

Whew! It has been a busy couple of days with lots of fun adventures. Yesterday, we took a drive to Bryson City to hop on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. We were on the Carolina Shine car so that means we sampled 7 different types of moonshine during our scenic ride. When you stay with us, be sure to put this on your to-do list!

Enjoy our fire pit area! It features an easy to use which makes an awesome fire that is smokeless, no more moving seats to avoid the smoke blowing in the wind.

Today we took a beautiful drive to ride the DuPont Ridgeline! The weather was perfect for climbing and downhill fun. Sorry for the lack of photos and videos, but I’m not talented enough to ride and get footage 😂
