Holiday time is my favorite time at Disney. Here are some offers to make it a little less spendy. Please let me know if I can get you booked for a trip. Anywhere.

Celebrate the magic of the holidays with these Walt Disney World Holiday promotional offers. Let us help you give the gift of travel today.

Trips to Orlando can be as easy going or elaborate as you’d like. We’ve had a longstanding elaborate land-sea vacation planned for next month for well over a year. Today, we jaunt to Orlando for a quick, 48-hour, it’s my birthday, park-free trip.
48 hours driveway to driveway, 4 friends are going to:
fly Frontier there,
stay at Universal’s Endless Summer Dockside,
Uber to Disney Springs Saturday AM,
shop and snack ourselves silly,
bus to Wilderness Lodge,
boat to Magic Kingdom,
hop the monorail and visit resorts,
have dinner at Steakhouse 71,
relax at Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace,
watch fireworks,
Uber back to Universal CityWalk,
11pm desserts at Toothsome,
bus back to Dockside resort,
exploring CityWalk Sunday AM before heading back to MCO for the Spirit flight home.

Since we are flying discount airlines both ways, economy of packing is crucial. Pictured is my 1985 Banana Republic rucksack from high school. It is the perfect size for the free ‘personal item’ (18”x14”x8”). A packing cube holds: 2 shirts, yoga pants, zip hoodie, leggings, socks, un**es, and jammies. You can see my liquids and dop kit, mask, metal ears, charge cords and power bank, airport/plane snackies, and my purse. (Purse has our ponchos and a folded drawstring bag for Saturday purchases and my hoodie, if it gets too warm.)

Keep an eye out here for posts this weekend 😊🥳😎

Heading to MCO after an amazing 6 days with fellow agents, our leadership team, and a fantastic array of vendors. Started today with a FAM visit to Discovery Cove. What a neat place! Dolphins, otters, rays, sloths, sharks, an aviary of birds, both fresh and saltwater snorkeling, three meals and beverages included, along with animal/reef-safe sunscreen. Your Discovery Cove ticket will also get you into Seaworld and its water park Aquatica.
Let me know if you’d like more information for you next Orlando trip!

Need to catch up on yesterday before posting for today. EPCOT’s Food & Wine, I only tried three offerings. Only one was a 💯, and that was the Mango Lassi from India. Nice thing is these are available year round at Sanaa’. The highly anticipated $8 lamb chop from Australia would have been REALLY good for a $5 lamb chop. It was OK. The Fry Flight from The Fry Basket were a solid disappointment. Sea Salt and Vinegar, BBQ, and Sweet Potato are the three flavors. Of the three the sweet potato was edible. Too much salt and too much bbq rub spices on the other two were their undoing.

When it’s time to purchase your Lightning Lane+ (6:00:00 Central) for Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s Flight of Passage but your husband is about to drop you to BNA, you scoot to the Cell Phone lot for a minute. Had to change the time zone in my phone to Eastern to make it work, but getting this settled while still in my home town was easy peasy. With a truncated day due to travel, the paid LL+ for a popular ride with an historically long wait was a no brainer ($14ea).

Are You Curious?

Walt Disney had many great quotes. My favorite is “When you’re curious, you find lots of interesting things to do.” Even though I’ve visited over 20 countries, something about Walt Disney World continues to call to me. My first visit was in 1972 at the age of 3, and it provided some of my very first memories. Every visit since, whether trips with college friends or after I started my own family, I still tear up at the sight of the Dumbo ride and when I step out of the monorail inside of the Contemporary Resort. For a half-second I am 3 years old again.

Each of those trips has been intentionally different. We always find something we want to try ‘next time’, plus the parks and resorts are always evolving with new opportunities to explore. You see, there is no ‘one way’ to experience Disney. It can be structured or unconfined, budget-conscious or extravagant, active or relaxing, but all trips would benefit from planning to make the most of the experience. That is where I come in to help clients not get overwhelmed with all the details and deadlines. Though I come to Key To The World Travel with personal Disney experience, I have also completed the College of Disney Knowledge to round out my training. I have also completed courses with Universal Studios, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Sandals Resorts International. Finding travel and vacation options crafted to fit your needs, whether Disney or Universal, cruises or all-inclusive resorts, Hawaii or Europe, and beyond, I can present you with stress-free options, at no cost to you, to get you there and back again from a truly memorable vacation. And, if you’re curious about the above photograph, it is from our absolutely FANTASTIC Amphicar ride at Disney Springs near The Boathouse restaurant. It was my 14 year old daughter’s only request on our last trip. I love that she’s become curious, too.
