Hello! We are Eila and Iris, two of the four owners (2 couples) of Zoe by the Sea. We thought we would introduce ourselves. Here we are hanging out together on one of our three back decks, overlooking the beautiful ocean. We (Iris and Tracy, and Eila and Asi) acquired the property in April 2022. We live in the Raleigh-Durham area in NC, and are good friends and each have 3 children and a dog and all join us at Zoe by the Sea. We worked hard to renovate, furnish, decorate and stock it to make a beautiful and welcoming vacation home. But there is one thing that didn’t need any change and makes this property completely magical: the gorgeous 180-degree ocean view and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We put a lot of hard work and love into this home and are very proud of it. We hope you love it too!

We are currently offering discounted rates for the off-season (fall and winter) and are booking through next summer as well. Feel free to PM us for more details.
